As per their update in google office timings is 9:30am to 6:00pm but when I visited the office they have pasted circular saying office timings is 10am to 4pm with lunch time from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. When we questioned this t branch employee come up and said we are following corona guidelines As per Govt circular which is not the true reply... Also they don't even have courtesy to talk properly to customers who visited their branch.. Also they are doing unnecessarily mandatory systems saying the Customer needs to be come and raised the NOC request to get it done and not even issuing the NOC to family members when we have valid proof and documents to get it.. feeling ashamed to give 1 Star rating...

Very Bad response received from the held desk girl...
My issue was regarding UPI payment. Amount is not credited in loan account but payment is completed. I told her my issue. But This helpdesk girl asked me to call customer service ?. I came there after trying customer service through their toll free number and through mail but there is no response. They are not providing any solution but trying to escape from the situation by saying something.
