β β β β β Very much disappointed, not once but twice I have felt that there is something fishy going on in the service. No synchronization between the manager and the system.
The very first time after servicing, the bike mechanic took my bike for test drive and it took around 50 minutes long to complete that test drive. There was a guy behind him carrying some holding stand like tool. I couldn't understood what was there to test if u just cleaned the filter of the bike and took the bike for so long test drive.
And it gave me a doubt that they may do something outside the showroom.
Second,
Today also without asking me they changed the bike Mobill, although I had changed the Mobill just 14 days ago.
One more thing I found fishy, the mechanic didn't put that mobil in front of me, even the Jr. Mechanic asked him should I change the mobil he asked him to wait and he told me to go to the billing counter and get your bill done, and at the same time I saw the Jr. One pouring a bottle of Mobill into my Mobill tank.
I couldn't understand, why they don't make it clear from the point of Customer satisfaction.
In both cases it gave me very strong doubt of something fishy going on. Even after paying the full charge of Mobill m feeling that the mobile was not new.
I will never visit there again and never suggest anyone to go there to be a victim.

β β β β β Bhavya bajaj is a cheater agency in zero mile sitamarhi road. Branch manager Rahul jha is a very cheap person. He don't have manners how to talk with customers. Excutive vicky is also a very very bad person. Guys its my own experience with bhavya bajaj zero mile is providing a pathetic service.. Rahul jha and Vicky how they was got the job in bajaj agencies..
