★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Royal Enfield showroom out there in Bihar. Very friendly and cooperating staffs well behaved and mannered. As I talked and enquiry in the show room for my RE Standard 350 they talked very politely and cooperated as I m from Chhapra but purchased my bike from Muzaffarpur just because of the well behavior they showed. Every person in the showroom was very dedicated at their respective work and all the paper work and everything was done by them on time. As I m very satisfied by the work and will recommend my close ones to visit at your showroom for the purchase of RE bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want to give 2 stars. Very unprofessional behaviour of staff.
1. I have went at the showroom for taking delivery of Meteor 350 supernova on behalf of my brother in law.
2. The staff gave user manual of classic 350 instead of Meteor.
3. First aid kit has not given by them. After asking they gave kit
4. My brother in law has liked on helmet during booking of bike and they have kept aside that helmet for giving at the time of delivery but during delivery I have denied to take that helmet and sticked to the helmet provided with the bike.
For this, one staff has showed his displeasure by asking that only for you I have kept this helmet aside and not sold this to anyone, I have denied to two customers for this helmet then how can you refuse?
5. During delivery, they have not bothered to do formalities of delivery celebration by giving dummy key to the owner and when I asked, then the madam searched the dummy key and completed the formalities.
6. We have ordered another exhaust instead of stock exhaust. During delivery, they have not even provided replaced exhaust to us and after calling them they said that yes the exhaust is with us and you can collect from here.
I just want to add here that Bihari has to leave attitude of being BIHARI and CHALTA HAI ATTITUDE. Be professional and improve behaviour.
