★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was polite, anything I asked was readily answered. The stock was available. Everything was good. But before you visit the store, make sure you read everything about the product you are looking for. The answers were given but they weren't all correct. So l, knowing your bike before you visit the showroom would be something I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very professional for a small town like muzaffarpur. They serviced my bike well and delivered within time as promised. The service advisor is really helpful and got everything done very professionally. Locating the workshop is however not very easy, and probably some signboard should be put.

They are not able to fix BS 6 malfunction issues
From day 1 st I am facing bike starting issues and many times I complained to mechanic and managers of servicing everytime they say sir now it is ressolve and after few days the same problem starts again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main branch of Bajaj bike in muzaffarpur. I'm right now present in Tirhut Bajaj agency(17 June 2020) , it's Quite silent or less crowd because of the fear of COVID-19 , yes the agency is open and all bikes are available here . We visited Vhabya Bajaj before comeing here , in Vhabya Bajaj we found that only 1 pulsar 125 cc bike , 1 platina 100 cc , and 2 avangers bike. So if you want a greater cc or colour option - I will suggest to visit Tirhut Bajaj only. Quite nice maintained chilled AC inside.
