★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing was as per expectation and good staff. But there is one major problem-Time management.
Time management is worst. They need to work on this. I personally saw customers frustrations, even one of the customer take his bike without service after 5hrs of waiting.
They should implement something like Bangalore service centers - Once bike reached immediately fillup job card, give ETA and try to get bike ready before ETA. Also, try to improve billing process, it should not take more than 5 minutes.
