Honda Service is very poor for servicing and spares. In morning if you explain all issues in detail and asking to resolve then said yes we will do and evening when you take your bike then they said we don't have this spare and we can't fix this and other nonsense issue. No queue and no proper satisfaction for customer.

Worst experience..I am very to say that I have purchased a Activa in April 2021 ..but after that servicing staff is not good, they are not even responding for insurance..I have to change the service showroom from next time..very bad ?..Naam bade aur darshan chote..

The service quality is very poor . Also the mechanic staff behaviour is not well. The feedback agent calls me, I describe the issue she tells that you come to showroom we resolve the problem. I went to showroom no listen my problem, I sit there 5 hour no one response to me . I suggest those people who want to purchase the vehicle to this showroom remember the service quality is very bad ,take decision at on your risk.???????????

The showroom is out of city so not more convenient and price difference is also not more.

The service mechanic is really the worst if u don't want to ruin yr vehicle then better service yr vehicle from another service station or outside service station. Even if u consider the insurance staff they are not available everytime I go here. Plus there mechanic don't even know to properly service a scooty u can guess now how they service yr bike. Although buying experience is better but service is just worst.

Very good service centre. Provide very good satisfactory service to the customers. Proper social distancing and CIVID-19 protocol maintained. Very nice waiting area for customers feel like ur sitting in your drawing room. But there is a problem with payment methods. ON USE OF CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD (MORE THAN Rs 2000/-) PAY EXTRA 2% CHARGE which is not understood/ acceptable with HONDA SERVICE CENTRES in digital payment system. Rest of the services are good. So that 4* given to Namokar Honda Service Centre instead of 5*.
