★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not cooperative. Served thanda food - chole bhature, idli sambhar. When informed to person available on cash counter, he replied "garam hi to hai". Looks like he doesnt know what is called garam food. We had to cut down our menu to 60% due to such a poor service. We travelled more than 120 kms and decided to stop here onky with the help of google map but got poor service. They should improve their service and serve the food as per customer requirement and not as per their wish. Otherwise, it is big enough, spacious, clean and the washrooms were also good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post 2nd wave of Covid, they are following Govt. Protocols of takeaway and delivery. We were travelling and found this place, and without a second thought-order our lunch.
Food was nicely packaged, and was good in taste. The cost of couple of items were on a bit pricer side, respective to quantity, especially packaged thali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to be seated while exploring merut expressway and going towards haridwar.. One CNG pump is also there in vicinity.. Ample space and delivery is on table.. Rates and food are of same normal standard.. Tea normal costs approx INR 40 plus taxes in kulhads.. Restrooms during morning time were not good.. There is one space also upstairs may be for celebration/banquet purposes..one can explore sweets here too apart from normal South/north indian foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in life I have seen a restaurant serve dhokla without chutney. When we asked for chutney, the server said dhokla is served without chutney here. Rest of the food quality was not great for the price of the food too. The chairs weren’t clean and had food smeared over them. Wouldn’t visit the place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocker. We went due to brand name of Bikanerwala .Cost of meal Rs 350+ . Entire plate empty and in a corner small Qty of dal and paneer. As per manager this as per standard.
If you are planning to visit here better goto Anupam dhaba next door. All reasonable rates and quality food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like all other bikanervale this place is good for breakfast and for sweets...there drinks are pretty small for the price we pay and the drinks are served in a very poor quality paper cup...and the cashier did not have enough change on him ...hence the 3 star ....need to work on there cold beverages and quantities
