If any one order few or many product then the product will come within 1.5 to 2 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only good for buying new bikes, forget about repair and services, any parts defect its always replace and no spare part available , it seems they sell only motul oil, brake lever and clutch lever ... ask for anything little intricate , it is UNAVAILABLE, and hence you are in god's hand.

Bike Service employees and mechanics are skill enough.... especially (shan Da's) behaviour is good..
But the lady handling electrical parts of bike is very rude and intolerable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service . Especially after Sales service of the KTM branch. They charge whatever prices they want without showing the customer the price list. And the Service Manager Mr. S.N Kundu is very unprofessional and impolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice workshop for the Bajaj two wheeler as well as for the KTM bikes. Service centre opens at 10 am and closes at around 6 pm except sunday. Sunday remains fully closed.
