★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to be honest here. You will find the ladies in the showroom very cordial. Like everywhere, a few girls may sound a bit rude but not very remarkably so. The experience was better during my first servicing. Ritesh Pawar is in charge of this dept and he is polite and helpful. Ask for him and you will be ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience, pathetic washing. On service delivery i requested to wash the bike, elwise only wet wipe was done. photos clearly speaks. Oil spil near the lock, no moping done after wash, no polish after wash.
I wish google should give negative rating option also.
Surjeet Bajaj staff taking customer for granted, if this is the situation of Dominar customer, then what we could expect for 100 cc customer.

Workshop for servicing of bikes is too good, however the waiting may be some time more than your expectation. Genuine parts of Bajaj bikes are available at genuine price. Customer may opt for chargeable service book, containing 5-6 free coupons of bike service for one year to two year approx, also get 5-10% discount over the spare parts and engine oil. Few offers are also available time to time, mainly on festive times. Mechanics are good enough at service centre. Billing process is simple, many options are available. Waiting lounge is equipped with TV with cable connection but with out AC. Waiting Lounge should be full of magazines, news paper, and other readable articles to enjoy waiting time.
