★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good place to service our bikes. Never faced any problems, staffs are well behaved and very helpful. I should mention few names specially like Nayan, Dip & Dipayan. I wish them all the succes aa well as to all the staff and the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bad experience with them as when I moved to their showroom (visaka motors) I asked for an quotation. At the moment for sale increase they immediately provide me the same. But finally when they ask me to book a model which they told me as refundable if my loan process cannot be done. But regret that after my loan issue which is not possible for them to solve the loan issue I ask them to refund my amount and till now they are not providing me my amount, as everytime showing the cause that they are processing the same within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service persons are attentive and treat the same even if you visit 1000 times... Not sure about anything else but got my vehicle serviced nicely with perfection.. Also any parts if not available then they arranged it with in a couple of days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Their 1st priority is to fulfil their target to sell bike . After being sold , they show don't care attitude. Not even proper paperwork. They don't even have manners infront of customer / client .

Specially those who are sitting in the registration and insurance counter, they are such a mood spoiler,rude, ill mannered, disinterested in listening to customer issue. I dont have words to demise them.
