I recommend every one to stay away from this showroom, on Saturday I called this showroom Mr. Vasu invited me for test ride on next day, Sunday I drove 60 KM to get the experience of RE motorcycle but I had experienced something else they rudely told today test ride is not possible, come next day. They were blaming me itself, said we don’t have any male sales executive I think all these are customer’s fault. I can’t believe that so please visit Any other showroom guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally satisfied with the staff of this showroom. They all are humble and polite. Specially Mr. Vasu Sir is so punctual with kind nature. Also the after sales service of this showroom is outstanding, they call or MSG once in a month for the update of the vehicle...Must visit this showroom if u r thinking to buy a new RE bike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst RE service station ever. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone out there.
I went for a normal paid service and was given an initial quotation. Within 1/2 hour I got a call from them stating a quotation which was 3x of the initial quotation. Upon enquiring, the person disconnected. I had to revisit the station to investigate what was going. Upon a heated discussion, the manager apologised and rolled back the charges to the initial quotation.
The authentication of RE certified service is not true in this case and you might end up being the victim for these fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service station. Didn't get the things done properly as committed and after pickup there were minor dents on my vehicle as well. The behaviour of the billing assistant was rude and was least interested in the issue. The manager hasn't came to the showroom since last 2-3 weeks. When asked for the manager he is not on duty. Royal Enfield loosing trust for its services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Putting your vehicle at this service station can be riskful as the service staff is not at all experienced of doing the job. The major issues that I was facing didn't get resolved and after picking up my vehicle there was a dent on my vehicle. The staff is not at all cooperative and the manager is never present at the showroom. The staff is very rude and doesn't care for anything and acts unknown for any issue after the service. The quotation was made at a cheaper price when it was the time to pay the bill, the prices went high and they charged me even higher for nothing at all. Seriously stressed up today and this service station ruined my weekend. If you don't care about your money then you can get your vehicle serviced here. I guess there is no manager at the showroom because he isn't available since last few weeks and the showroom is just working with some sales and service executives.
