★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are courteous but service quality is poor. Spares are not available. Technicians are not so good in knowledge. I have a dominar and when I went for first service, they didn't have coolant in spare. Also, they didn't have seat cover which is a basic thing. When reported about vibration problem near display, mechanic asked me to keep cloth in between the windshield and display. Such a level of technicality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to replace a part of my bike so I asked them to do so and when I receive my bike lol there were new problems like my indicator ,horn as well as my handle lock were not working which was fine when I gave my bike to them , I don't like their service at all and yeah they will also present u with a gift inform of scratches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate this place as a service centre for bajaj. The service of technicians is not upto the mark, technicians are not skilled enough to work on bikes like dominar. Even though pulsar has been in the market for more than 18 years, here the technicians can be seen struggling while repairing /replacing parts of pulsar, usually new problems come up after servicing bike here. Coming to the staff, the behaviour of the staff is usually rude. They are quite friendly when it comes to sales. Once they have sold the bikes they are back to being rude. The toilet is extremely bad. They don't offer even water, forget about tea, coffee etc. Lounge area has just seating arrangements for 4-5 persons. Overall experience is bad.
