Taking more then 3-4 hours to complete the servicing.and don't have any sense to talk to customer..
I will suggest u that to take ur vehicle from other dealer.

The staff behaviour is a good ,except serving in all other processes (accidental claim) they consume many days (month) to get your work done .they seem to be careless in this type of matter. The insurance manager of Vijay Laxmi showroom is very rude after you take there insurance they have nothing to do with you ,he behave as you are begar .

You can buy helmets also. Good behaviour . All kind of Hero bikes available here.Overall good service experience
