★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience in this showroom however I would like to highlight my views about the service specifically. Mr. Gupta is a good listener and very hardworking person however technician under him isn't well trained as per my biking experience. Things which they say sometimes doesn't even make sense. As per my opinion, they need training on machinery mechanics and along with that, if someone really care about their career then please groom them and make them good listener, I came to this showroom thrice for a similar issue which was reported on the first day of my motorbike service.
These are the reasons why I am giving only 3 stars. Hopefully things will be corrected very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a Yamaha showroom they must have to keep original product of Yamaha , But they Use all local product at service period and accessories are also all local .
If you ask them for bill they cant because they are not yamaha registered product .
Service is not that much good and Yamaha bike is good but The product and accessories are Local .
So be aware for this showroom .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service. Genuine spare parts are also available there. Generally no rush for bike servicing. A wheelchair-accessible ramp was there. Comfortable sitting arrangements are available. Separate toilets are available for both ladies and gents. Drinking water is available. But no food stall was there nearby. But a small general store is available nearby.
