★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu To be simplified. It's too complicated. Simple menu made confusing unnecessarily & Time consuming. U have to depend on Order Man to understand Menu. ?Roti shown in Coffee Shop Menu.? Two menu required "Mandarin" & "Coffee Shop" to order ur complete food. Food Prices are Highest in Jharsuguda. Taste is Good. Ambience is Awesome. Service is Late. Professionalism Required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is over 10 years old. The focus on upkeep and keeping it modern shows. The place is located right on the highway and is easy to locate (Google Maps might show a U turn that's no longer required now that there is a break in the road near the Vespa showroom)
The room allocated to us was large and spacious. The best thing is that the window looked out into the night. And the traffic on the highway was a sight.
Only one restaurant (The Mandarin) was operational and served a multi-cuisine menu. Food portions are well sized and plated well. Unfortunately COVID-19 seems to have created staffing issues so the idea of having an early morning breakfast packet required to be dropped.
Would recommend for stay and is clearly popular for events at the banquet hall. A large parking area is a bonus.
The elevators are tiny - 2 people and a rucksack were a tight fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the Hotel Service but the rooms could be better, No Carpets ,zero comfort beds ..The price is whooping if you compare the facilities...I must appreciate the hospitality offered by waiters and other hotel staffs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very warm and courteous staff. We checked out last night, but our train got delayed by 7hours, we requested room from Mr Ishaan from Front Office for freshnup, he had gone extra mile. These days we don't get to see such humble and warm hospitality team. Great Food, must try dine in. Kudos to entire team and management. This is the most recommended hotel in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there on official tour. The built of the hotel is very good with some good interior of the lobby. Rooms are spacious with all amenities and food is good. Only thing service needs to be improved in restaurant.

Crusine are good, amount of food is too good but be prepared it will cost your pocket. Place is Highly maintained, greenery every where,a great spot for a luxurious memories
