★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude of staff was pathetic..... they don't know how to behave.... when called over phone they tell to come by 4.... then keep waiting.... then said food will be late.... didn't bother to even ask for water.... and the manager there was so ill behaved..... really a wasted place..... correcting my review given earlier to zero star??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place and food was really good and it was very affordable ...bt what irritates you more is waiting time ...I mean we were there at 9pm bt the food was served at 10:15pm it was highly frustrating bt the food was amazing ....it's a humble request to the managing staff plzz improve your servicing ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been staying in Bishnu Palace for the last 10nyears. But now after the corona period, the hotel has become disgusting to stay. Last time they gave me room no. 307, the bathroom was stinking, and had to change the room within 15 minutes. Today they served uttapam with chola, instead of chutney and sambhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good. The room service too. Food in terms of quality and taste is just awesome. Whether veg or non - veg, it does not matter. One will definitely remember the taste for many days. An absolute perfect place to stay and chill. The staff are very professional and cooperative.
