★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is designed beautifully but the staff working as security and the one's who are in Bajaj Finance are awfully bad mouths. No parking facility for Bajaj customers in the building which has the highest footfall for the Loan queries. Please do not take loans from them or if so never vist this office in particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Class structure has large basement parking and mostly all vacant still they charge Rs.75/- for visitors, again there is no free/less charge parking around so its a unnecessary financial exploitation if you visiting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice and clean place, is well maintained. The staff is good. Some of them are really helpful.
But honestly, anything which takes more than an hour is definitely not customer service. Need to speed up things a little bit. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained Updated Systems and Infrastructure seen as compared to my Earlier visit ,Customer service and visitors Token display in waiting hall well mantained and followed Our Governments Covid-19 Guidelines and Social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are lucky if you never had to visit this office. First of all, no parking space for customers.. if you have come by car best of luck.. they do charge for car park (not sure how and why) but ticket is more expensive than a mall car park.. 75 rupees.
No proper management, unreliable and ignorant staff.. no wonder this institution had been warned and fined by RBI.. IF THERE would have been an option to give negative stars I would have definitely given it.
