★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!! Had to pay 100₹ for car parking and that too worst parking ever. No washroom service, no drinking water, wait for 2hrs in queue just to enter the office. Worst service ever I have seen in my life. Please don’t avail any kind of service from them as the customer service that they are providing is worst than govt. office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have customer service attitude and don't have customer service department. They are good in pulling out money in the name of charges. Worst finance. Regretting now that I had to take finance from them instead of other better options in the market. Never take a loan from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go for PL closer, with another bank DD, Counter Person offer me renewal of my existing loan and suggest deposit DD in to my Saving Account or return it. In this situation I follow his suggestion but after I understand that DD not transferable and not cancellation allowed then I pay foreclosure charges of Bajaj PL as well as Renewal fees as my lose. So in case you have DD and they offer you same then do not believe on it, just submit DD.
