Road pune on 18 july with subvention scheme..
But subvention scheme is banned or closed by housing loan society in 22 july 19.
But my processing fee is deduct on that very day...
This should be refundable
But they didnot do that till now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud peoples... I had applied for balance transfer, knowing my background (NRI) they asked me to pay login fees & later said that we can not give loan to NRI... they just wasted my 2.5K rupees of log in fees.
Suggest to avoid these peoples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go with pnb housing finance pathetic service. Long waiting time for small work. Charging heavily for small paper work and above all unprofessional and rude behaviour by all the staff members specially mr ram Sharma. No action take by higher authorities even after giving complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pnb shivaji nagar branch is a worst branch. They have committed me a top up loan if I paid a 6 emi regular and I have paid 7-8 emi regular. Hence they didn't gave me a top up loan. Pl I request to all my friends don't go to a pnb shivaji nagar branch it's a worst third class service
