★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like HDFC does not have any customer care representatives to talk to the customers. Even after waiting for 10-15mins no one responds and most of the times the call ends automatically just after the IVR is completed.

We have balance transfer loan account which is pending from more than 2 months.They are even not responding over mails and calls as well. And we are getting multiple reasons which are not valid so dont go for home loan balance transfer for this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for taking loan from this bank. They have now started cheating customers. My pmay subsidy has been released by government almost a month ago but HDFC is just holding the funds with them and not crediting it to loan account. They are just now started giving invalid reasons. I am aware that many people from my society have got the subsidy and the process was very fast by other banks. And in my case they are just saying that your at is not eligible for subsidy. How can this be possible? I never saw that government is providing subsidy basis on the flat number. I would recommend never ever go for this bank and they never care about the emotions of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My balance transfer is pending from last two months. Because of lapse from the person working in hdfc my file process has delayed. And still didn't receive any response. Concern team is not even replying to mail receiving phone calls. I am getting response like it is under process, we will let you know and blah blah blah. It is a good example of non professionalism and carelessness. I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst bank ever.

Recently I went to reduce my interest rate and I found the process very smooth. They have proper token system and bank repsrenstive cleared all my doubts.It hardly took 5 mins to process my request.
