★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought fridge and washing machine few days back. Service was ok ok. They took total money for delivery but the guy just left by keeping them at door. Then comes the worst part DEMO. So we took Samsung fridge and IFB Washing machine, IFB Demo person came on next day evening which is late already but however we didn't say anything. Irony is Washing machine not starting with error showing as "door". We called the demo guy multiple times but no answer. Now comes tge Samsung fridge part. DEMO person came to give demo after 3 days of the purchase. When called him he just talking harsh. We also gave back though, no offense.

Any showroom, please arrange Demo persons from a respective brand to be polite and punctual.
Please don't waste customer's time and energy. Make sure to assist them properly because your business is running on customers money and trust. Hope you get it.
