Staff of bajaj finance is really very helpful and friendly, bcoz they have token system so it's super convenient for customers who are waiting for their turn.. Bajaj itself is d best finance company. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to inform you that yesterday I have raised a query for personal or business loan online where I got calls from customer care within 5-10 minutes.
The thing is I got approval for 2lacs of loan amount for 24 months where I was in need of such amount so I have given go ahead to the lady but after taking so many hours for queries and verifications.
The person is calling me and telling me that its only amount of 1,24,999 only and no one told the same in so much of verification process before.
After this you made fool of your clients by deducting 10,000 of processing fee without any discussion or approval.At late night the final amount transferred is only 1,14,000 which is of no use and that too for 36 months which is not at all approved by me.
Such a fraud organisation.
Will never recommend.

My bank could not clear EMIs due to some issue on their end with ECS mandate which they acknowledged and corrected as well, shared confirmation and details from my bank to bajaj, still they spoiled my credit and did not remove dpds from my cibil..
I am coming after u bajaj finance..
