The registry is proactive and nimble about your queries related to filing of RERA complaint be it to Adjudicating Officer or RERA Authority or in Appeal. A good experience for any advocate at RERA Punjab office at Mohali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The authority is established under real estate regulatory Authority. The aim of setting up is to provide quick relief to the consumers. The authority protect the rights of consumers with riders as to it's duty. It is established to make a balance between the growth of construction business and to bring back the confidence of consumer in the development. The Act and rules provide for good compensation. It is a remedy in addition to consumer protection Act. Rest the Act is new and so is the authority... As on date it cannot be said which authority is better but if you have to file case regarding commercial transaction with builder then certainly this is only option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. Nice place and beautiful infrastructure. It does not look like courts. I visited here with Advocate Jagan Nath Bhandari for complaint before rera authority. I was surprised to see this place. it is really nice.
