★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fees is accepted till 12.30 PM.... so if u want to apply for death or birth certificate, please reach office before 12.30 as you have to deposit the requisite fees of rupees 5 per copy..... after deposition of fees you are given a certain date and time ie most probably 3 pm to collect your applied certificate..... This office is under Chandigarh administration...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the services are provided between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm and delivery timings of certain certificates are 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. As per current public charter the delivery period for Birth Certificate is 7 days and that for Death Certificate is 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its take avg 30-50 mins to get form and fees submitted. Fees charges for birth registration is 48 INR. Suggested people to get it done by own rather then through agent or hospital staff because they will charges you around 300 to 500 INR. 2 form will be provided by the office staff + aadhar card of father + aadhar card of mother + photocopy of hospital discharge summery.
