★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE, EVER I HAVE RECEIVED.
DIDNT KNEW A MRI REPORT TAKES MORE THAN 24 HOURS TO COME.
IF A PATEINT IS IN EMERGENCY, AND NEEDS IMMEDIATELY SURGERY, WILL THIS CENTRE GIVE REPORT IN AN HOUR.
I HAVE GONE THROUGH MRI SCAN AND GOT REPORT IN AN HOUR IN PUNE.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED.KINDLY DO NOT VISIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities and scan is good but the charges of pet ct here are varied from hospital to hospital as patient came from govt hospital got his pet ct at 15k and patient from pvt hospital got at 23k,so there is no transparency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an epitome of nepotism. I came here for MRI for a patient. When I came here there was one patient before me whose MRI was being done. I was told that it will take 10 minutes. Then out of blue someone else was entertained over me. I asked receptionist and she blatantly told some doctor from sector 32 hospital came who was given priority over my patient. This is their professionalism. My grandpa is 72 years old with spinal issues who can’t wait for long sitting. Saddened by this disgraceful response. So guys it may be possible if you have an approach go there or else let fate decide when you will be entertained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff at reception. Keep the patients waiting without informing them about the status of their turn. Many patients were shouted at by the lady sitting at reception centre. On being enquired, she gave no replies. Was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff smile when you enter and when you pay their tone and behaviour changes , they charged 3k for dexa scan when I consult from other lab they said it's only around 1800 rs , charged more prices than in market
