★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathatic service by bajaj, i had apply BFL RBL supercard and application approved on 1 feb 2020 and also applied card protection plan, i have paid 599/- but no response receive from bajaj and CPP, i called CPP customer care they told me we don't have any information about your CPP plan.
Bajaj are making fool to the customer and bajaj executive and manager are not pick up my call, i suggest plz do not apply any bajaj product.they are fraud..

They are behaving like hookers and just put charges without information and without confirming, didn't deserve even a single star. No one answering your email, SMS, after putting extra charges by their own. Making fool of professionals. No one should avail any financial assistant from Bajaj fin serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My loan number 581ECFFA723423,Whose amount is ₹ 2084.And every month 2284 rupees were being detected from my account.Why do I have free money?No notifications, no updates, automatic, you have updated one of my insurance.Despite being such an old customer, have you cheated me so much? I took an LED of ₹ 12499. 12499/6=2083 total...Then why are ₹ 200 extras being deducted from my account for 3 months?Has the customer considered it a joke?And you have blocked my card, please do not give me a loan again?Calling customer care has fallen. But I have not had any result yet...I am not fond of keeping anyone's money.Settle mine, take my remaining EMI of ₹ 600 bewafa out of my total amount, close my case.If next time will never chat on your Bajaj Finance Card........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajaj offers the worst service. They deducted EMI 2 times in a month and not retun the money nor adjust with loan amount. And now they are mis behaving using slang language. I have send them mail 3 times but no action taken. They just want the money. What about my money??? Even their customer care is not working. It's a Fraud company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajaj finance is a company of cheats. They will offer you higher loan amount but at higher interest rates and there are so many hidden charges which they dont tell you. If you deny taking loan after approval from them, they will call you again and again to take the loan giving assurances of low interest rate and waiver of illogical miscellaneous charges (hidden charges remain hidden) but that will not happen after taking loan. Their EMIs will never end. So, beware of these cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally Fraud. They are calling again and again if you are not agreed to take a loan. They approved a creadit card without my permission and told me that this is automatic approved and now they are not cancelling. Beware such type of fraudsters.
