There executives are not helpful and misguide to their customer and not pick up the call for existing customers but new or other loan department will phone pick within a second but for existing customer just says all executive are busy will call u shorty or they executive give miss call for their record ..really I have very bad experience with this bank and customer service are really very bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fake people fake bank i have visit 2 times of branch for change my bank account the team collect my bank checks but don't update my bank account yet .. i suggest to all please don't apply for any loan from the bank .. very bad experience for me .. and bad customer service..
