Took ₹1000 advance for a set of black wall fans, after a week of waiting he said it is not available and canceled the order. I asked him to refund the advance, the advance was paid through paytm. He asked to collect cash from his store which is 40kms from my residence, so I asked him to refund through original payment method ie. PayTM. I had to follow up 10-12 times over a period of 40 days for a merely ₹1000 refund.
