★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic experience , I bought inverter and battery from them but they sent me bill only for battery not for inverter which i didnot check that time but later after 2 and half year when I faced some problem with my inverter , i checked inverter bill was not there in packet . when i approached shop for bill they said in their accounts bill is not there , it was never generated so available girl said sorry she can not help me now.
They charged 1200/-Rs to repair my inverter and installed it back at my home . I checked that time , how electrician showed it to me , inverter was working but when after one and half month first time i faced electricity cut , inverter did not work and when i got it checked from market , I came to know the same problem was still there in inverter and when i approached standard electricals , they said i should have complained with in one month and as warranty period of complaint is over , they are demanding 900/- to repair inverter ..they are cheat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sales service not all sales people have full knowledge of products they will offer all discounts to lure you and if you have not done market search they will cheat you and sell you less battery back battery saying that it will dive back for 7 hours. I am in tear while writing this as now nothing can happen and my battery is scrap just after one year
