★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is their pull up cakes. it will cost you around 1500 rs.
I was excited from web description and looks and ordern one for my Daughter's B'day.
My daughter was very excited about this cake as it was the first time for all of us for this type of cake and we headed to the party venue.
And all of her dreams were shattered, as when we pulled up the plastic ring the content did not fall on the cake as promised in description, also along with plastic the middle of the cake came out. So at the end it was such a messy, hollow and the worst looking cake in the history of cakes . (Pic attached)
My whole family was very shocked and embarrassed in front of all friends and relatives, especially my daughter.
I raised this complaint but no resolution top of that support were unable to answer why this happened also there weren't any resolution or refund from these guys even after multiple communication via chat and mail. Avoid ordering from Bakingo guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed, I was regular customer but Bakingo has degraded the quality.
Got my cake in melted state and it shape was smashed (it was spoiler on my big day). Along with cake i order flower candle but did not receive it, Neither they are making any efforts to return my money.
The delivery man , brought the cake on bike and along with my cake he was having 3-4 more cakes for delivers. And i am sure those cake were also melted as it s very hot climate . I am surprise why they have not kept the cake in ice bag or done some better arrangement, considering the brand.
Secondly i ordered Red velvet with coffee and sorry to say this is the worse cake i have tasted. My kid also did not take another bite of cake.
And i am surprise how was it Bestseller.
@Bakingo please return my whole money. As you cannot bring back the evening of my special day.
Thanks @Bakingo , issue is taken care and i got my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered donut orange cake after reading reviews, however what was delivered was not at all even close to the picture on their website. Not going to order again and never recommend to anyone.
1137131 Order no and same have been shared on Your whatsapp no.
Had not been able to consume the cake it taste also very bad.
Need refund for the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I ordered a white chocolate cake and they sent me the cake with blueberry or cherry stuffing in it which was no where mentioned in the description. I contacted them as a valued customer but they have the audacity to defend their mistake. Horrible. Pls don’t spoil your loved ones birthday or special moments like this

Also received discount for next purchase, so far excellent experience and taste was also amazing. Actual cakes were slightly different to the pictures but still nice experience
