β β β β β Worst experience ever. We ordered butterscotch cake for a birthday party but taste was so bad that none of the guest ate it and we had to ultimately throw it in dustbin. Even after receiving the complaint about the bad taste they didn't bother to pay any heed to it. Can't say what is worse their quality of cake or customer service! One star bcoz unfortunately Google doesn't allow you to give less than that

β β β β β Tasty cake, they can customize the cake as you like and order, also delivery facility available, although on first floor but taste is really good in sector 14 outside market on old Delhi Road.

β β β β β Asked them to make a cake based on a cake image they were so readily saying yes that i gave them the order. Received like a poor copy of the cake with taste just of concentrated sugar syrup.
Also asked for midnight delivery and take me with them if possible. They said yes. and at 11:45 at shop they asked that they can't do it.. Had to book uber to deliver it myself and reached late.
If you can't do something don't commit it!!! Poor service!

β β β β β This cake shop is on the first floor. You will get to see a variety of cakes here. I have ordered dark forest cake from here which was delicious. Apart from this will get other party stuff here. The other portion of this shop is gift area. You will get different varieties of gifts here . I have ordered coffee cup from here which was nice. So according to me this place is 5/5.

β β β β β Can see a lot of mixed reviews here, but my overall experience with this place has been good. Mostly order butterscotch cake and dark chocolate cake and have never been disappointed. But yes, I agree with some people about the freshness aspect when it comes to the pastries. Sometimes I did feel that the pastries were either a day or two old or not stored properly. Nevertheless, a good place for cakes in budget. I'd still recommend the place to one and all.

β β β β β Damaged cake delivery and after sending the pics of the cake instead of being accepting the fault they were just making excuses and spoiled our day.
moreover the cake was not the same which we ordered,color combinations was different
Late delivery. Not recommended shop.
