★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya this is a great place to stay, we can get good ventilation here and get a good terrace for relaxing and this PG have Gym. Totally its best PG to stay with safe,
some times I have disappointed with owner aunty words, but uncle is best man to communicate in this PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accommodation, food is good and maintaining good cleaniness during this covid time also, water dispenser and fridge in every floor, gym facilities is also there. Owner is very understandable for any queries.

But food is very worst we can't carry for lunch ,How many times we are requested to make good food but they won't listen our words at all, and they will do same food everyday.
My worst experience in food.
Everyday we are preparing ourself food night time . Every day same sambar & chetny they will do .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are someone who prefers clean and calm place to stay...then this is the only pg you can choose in this entire surrounding. They mean the word luxury. This pg is running for about two years now and still it is clean as a new pg as they never compromise on that. You will get the best cot and bed unlike anywhere. Though you dont get many varieties of food, whatever you get will be good and hygenic for sure. The owner uncle and aunty are better than most other places. They will literally care you as much as possible and they prefer atleast some basic manners from the girls. Uncle is more like a father for me here as he is very kind and pleasant. Even the self cooking area will be comfortable. Overall, you will have a comfortable stay. All you need is to feel contented for whatever is there instead of searching faults and lingering to it. And finally...no matter how much ever bad mood you are in...the owner's kid will literally relax you with her simple tender smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pg have all the amenities including water and fridge for every floor and washing machines and cleaning is done o daily basis. Food is also good with good signal reception and wifi. I am happy with the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most clean and well maintained PG in Prashant Layout.The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. In two sharing rooms they provide 2 cupboards for each person which ususally other pgs wont provide. Overall a great place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely greedy PG owners. They can increase rent anytime they want, without any decorum or conscience or prior heads up. They do not give any prior intimation about hiking the rent. Every day different amount will be quoted. I was given a sudden rent increase intimation in September 2021 and again in February 2022. Absolutely no peace in this matter. Every 3-4 months there is an increase in rent, not just by Rs 500, but they can demand you for 4-5k more than the actual worth of the room!
Only 1 washing machine in working condition, when the strength of the PG is so high. No replacement or repair for the others which are out of order. Food quality and variety also deteriorated over time.
Horrible food. Not worth the money. Same taste. Lacks variety. Also, soda is added to rice, which disturbs the stomach within a few minutes. Terrible experience in terms of rent demands and food
