Good option in Electronic City with all medicines under one roof. Pros: All medicines available, if not we get it through orders. Located in prime place Cons: No discount, while others give 15% discount with door delivery through online shopping. Literally there’s no parking place.

I went to buy medicine at this shop and just enquired the guy about discount about bulk buying like in 10 strips. Guy is so rude he told me "discount nahi hai dimag main nahi jata kya...age se yaad rakhna" ....stupid mannerless people. I would rather go to other medical shop and even if balaji medical will give me for free i wont even spit at their shop. Ibjust pray that they get the same harsh treatment from everyone.

Had a worst experience today. The store manager misbehaved and very rude in his dealings. It was really sad to see such a shop behaving in a nonsense way during the corona times. I would surely not recommend this shop. There are other good medical stores on neeladri road. I am now sure that "rude behavior" related reviews for the shop keeper that others have written is REALLY TRUE.

Doesn't have manners to talk to customers. If asked about what is the specialty of a given brand, salesman tells the buyer to buy it, use it and come back and tell him about it. After swiping the credit card, he keeps it on the table far away from me and i had to cross several people and go, what if somebody takes it or sees the cvv ? When asked, he smiles and says, oh i forgot. Should definitely be more careful around credit cards and well mannered while answering questions.

Pathetic medical shop. They sell expired medicines and on complaining they are rude to the customer. On complaining what they quote is "once we have sold the medicine we won't replace it. You have taken the medicine after checking the medicine. Now we are not responsible Ifor anything if something happens". I mean seriously your fault can cost a person's life and you are telling me it's not your fault. Seriously a big NO, never purchase anything from this medical shop.

Worst experience ever had from any medical shop. Very rude Owner and a big cheater wit no humAnity. Doesn't have manners how to talk with a customer. Request to read the article till last. I took a medicine from this shop and some how we both didn't had change of 2 Rs which was required. So casually I told him that he can take next time as I stay very nearby ( kind of a regular customer). On that he replied me very rudely that you can take change later . On top of that I forgot the medicine (due to the discussions happened) over there and left the Store with whatever change he has given me along the toffee to compensate. I must say this is not a big issue. But Next day when I went to shop again asking... I forgot my medicines here so he said oh!! is it ...and gave a cunning smile. As he knew that medicine was at his shop but he completely denied. He was not having any shame in keeping the money of the customer and not giving the product. There is no trust factor.

Extremely pathetic customer service. I have not seen anyone more rude than these guys especially the gentleman who sits in the billing counter, As if he is giving free medicines to the customer. I mean am i not entitled to a bill, if the bill amount is RS 17? Has the government put a rule on the minimum amount in order to claim a bill? Must say any business first ethics is to value a customer. Although you might keep all the varieties of medicine, if you cant value your customers, your business ethics will be deeply hampered. I am not the first one complaining about the rude behavior .There are many others who have already complained about this. Anyway, its up to the customers wish to go to the shop but be prepared for their rudely behavior. Its the last time for me for sure.

A very very rude guy, doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. The guy who sits on the computer is an opportunist. The other guys in the shop told clearly that if you pay by cash the discount will be 10%, and if paid by card it would be 7%. But when the bill crossed 4000 the owner became greedy and started to argue to give only 5% discount on the MRP. On informing the same to the owner, their attitude became so rude and dirty due to which we didn’t buy any medicine from their shop. Highly recommend customers to avoid this medicine shop because of their attitude and behaviour towards the customers. Such a harassment of the customer. A complete waste of time and energy.
