★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of the owners seems very aloof. Will make a customer wait for infinity. Had to wait for more than an hour. My wife was not even offered a chair. Products seem reasonable because we chose Jaquar.
The response from the store is on expected lines. There would not have been any grievance had there been other customers in the store. There were none. A chair can't be offered to a lady on the pretext of COVID that too when a customer is made to wait for more than an hour is surprising because store is supposed to sanitize the surfaces. If a chair can't be sanitized then what about the other surfaces which customers are inevitably touching? Nevertheless, it is my responsibility towards Google to share my feedback. The owners may choose to defend or take the feedback in a constructive manner for the purpose of improvement.

Seller told 5% brokeage ....agreed
But on delivery total 8 tiles are damaged ie. Out of 11 packed Of 4 each
18% damaged or no use..
U can analyse cost.. along with very late delivery
