★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic response and services , they don't listen to you even after calling them everyday they say give us 2 days or time till afternoon , we shall update , but they never respond back , they don't pick up the calls , they just want the other person to wait till an year or more , and when you ask about the same design which you want they say choose something else as it's not available but at the time of booking they just attract you with their promises and commitments . They stop answering calls and they don't even know what they have promised to customers , as a customer you just have to wait for months because they are not going to call you ever for the completion of your project or the installation . For them it's a joke that the other person is waiting for the installation . Never ever trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear all. This is a genuine review of this business. Do not, I repeat, do not place an order with these people unless you have plenty of time and money to waste. I was billed 3 lakhs for 3 cupboards and 3 TV units
and the project took 5 months to complete. I had to follow up with them 100 times. It does not stop here, now only 6 months after the project was completed, things have started falling appart. I will post the photos later. It is my sincere request to you, do not engage with these people.

1. Quick turn around time while designing
2. Transparency the designer allows entry at his desk and lets you see the designs
3. They know their business
4. The time to delivery that they have promised is also reasonable.
5. Price is a little bit on the higher side but final assessment after I get the wardrobes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get my modular kitchen from Naman Modular. Previously I planned to place order for my kitchen with Livspace, but later I found that the offer from Naman Modular is more cost effective with good quality material. So I finally placed my order with Naman Modular.
All the staff working there is very cooperative and responsive in every manner. They delivered my Kitchen on time. They obeyed to my instructions very well, just to make sure that I get ‘What I want’ and ‘How I want’.
Even after full payment to them in the end (after all work completion), when I requested them a few days later to replace a piece of skirting in the kitchen, then they again send somebody from their end to fulfil my request and that too on the promised day.
So till now I am satisfied with the services and the product received from Naman Modular’s end.
