The flute was of good build and its price tag is relatively low.,. The dealers are well behaved and cooperative. I was even offered a discount and got 2 flute(of scale D and E ) for ₹500. I recommend this store for buying and repairing musical instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service provided. Quality of work is not up the the mark. I got my harmonium repaired 4 months back, except the bare minimum servicing, they didn't replace anything as they promised. They charged me for replacing few of the small parts but later I realised they didn't change anything at all - just did the polishing so it looks better. I should have checked while taking the delivery but I blindly believed on them looking at the reviews available on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this musical store for instruments' repair. My guitar bridge deattached with my guitar base due to strings tension which I tried fixing using fevicol. That obviously didn't work.
They charges me 300 Rs for pasting which I think is decent or I should say quite cheap.
The perosonnel are experienced and don't forget to mention left handed or right handed in case of guitar.
As I am left handy and I use left handed guitar, they put the strings in the right handed way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place quite amazing with a good stock of classical music instruments and at the same time they also repair these products which is another advantage. Even shop-owners are quite polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took 4200Rs to repair my mother's harmonium.
One particular key was out of tune. They promised they'll fix it and also refurbish the instrument. After keeping it in their store for a month, they returned it to us. And within the first 10mins of playing, we found that they have not fixed the issue. Only 1key was off note, and Balaka couldn't even fix that.
Their attitude was really unprofessional and the staff misbehaved by arguing that they can't do anything else to solve it.
4200Rs went to waste.
Please don't give them your musical instruments, they won't be able to fix anything, but will charge a lot of money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I go their to repair body part of my guitar, but after coming from there as the glue they is very low quality and they not able to fix it properly. So again my guitar came to initial state. Their charges are very costly for a simple work. When I try to fix it at home it takes so less time and fevicol sh fix it so perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people! They fixed my old cheap acoustic guitar with a bent neck instantly and charged extremely reasonably . They changed my strings and then accidentally broke one while fixing the guitar but did not charge any extra which was very ethical of them to do . I would definately purchase my next guitar from here when I am done learning. It has to be the most reasonable instrument repair shop around here.
