★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air and light ventilation is damn good. Structure of the building is poorly managed. Only few flat owners has the parking lot. Water leakage is there from pipeline. No security guard, so no security check. Lift is there but without light and fan working. Except its location, nothing is attractive.
