★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment to stay and good facility like Gym, kids play area. But couple of works need to be completed. Always delay in work. Keep on postponing. Have to follow up more and more for each n everything to be completed.
sewage treatment plant(STB) is not functioning
Water softer is not there as there is a Hard water from bore well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat number-212, owner is really money minded, we won't get our advance amount on time and he will say N number of reasons to return your advance amount. He checked the flat before we shift and said you maintained it really well. But once we moved our things, after 3 weeks, he will send some unnecessary comments that we didnt maintain it well and he won't return some advance amount. So think twice If you are planning for rent in that specific flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction quality, few houses are very spacious. Builder is nice, for minor changes he is not charging any thing. Roof top swimming pool which is still under construction is small but good for kids even though no separate pool for kids. Party hall and gym yet be completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice attractive apartment. The apartment has 2 blocks, and each block has it's own lawn which is the main attraction, it's covered by transparent asbestos. The apartments are very spacious not at all congested. The bathrooms are decently ventilated and spacious. Kitchen is not very big but it has good space.i own 2bhk apartment and these specifically are for that. I have one balcony which is attached to utility and it's quite big. The apartment has a temple which is a USP. It has gym, swimming pool, party hall. Overally has every amenities in it.
Cons:
The only con I found is about the direct sunlight, though the ventilation is good, cross ventilation is there but due to the transparent asbestos there's no proper direct sunlight in balcony for which you can have plants of your choice planted. And the roads to this apartment were okay when we bought but now everywhere it's dug and dusty. If you don't have car it's difficult to travel anywhere from this apartment.
Other than that this is a nice apartment.
