★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever I've called the shopkeeper before visiting the place he told that item is available I can come and buy it after 11.00 but when I went to hia store to buy the item at 11.30 the shop was closed and when I called him he told me to wait for 5mins he will come but I've waited there for 20mins nobody came and the shopkeeper is also not picking up the call. Worst place don't visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overpriced and absolutely terrible service. Asked them over the phone the price of filling up a helium balloon. They said depending on the size but around Rs 30. When I went they said it will be rs 200 per balloon ?! What crazy stuff!!! Absolutely daylight robbery and since I was pressed for time had no option but to do it. But these folks don't care about repeat business. They are just there to rob u first chance they get. Disgrace!
Edit after Owner's response: Sir/Madam as you have also confirmed my review is factually correct and complete. I have stated what had happened exactly w/o bias. Maybe you shud take this opportunity to fix your pricing system so that your customers are not blind-sided once they come to your store after a call. I hope you value long-term loyal repeat customers as well.

Guys, don't go to this shop.
They sell stuffs at MRP price and when asked for bill , they won't give you. Because , all products you buy from here , goes as black money.
Stores like this are cheating not only the customers but also hiding tax from govt.
Shame !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered paper plates for a catering event in Delhi as it was very urgent. The customer service was excellent, I was provided pictures, pricing and shipment details within minutes. I ordered my plates and within 72 hours it was on my doorstep. I was also provided with a tracking number and was constantly given the status of the product over whatsapp. Want to really thank you for your excellent service and specially in these COVID times where it has been so hard for us to source products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointing customer service. I am buying from you for the first time and you robbed me. Took 150 INR for this hand pump I chanced upon the same hand pump in a mia amore shop & they said 40 INR. Absolute robbery. Please try to run a business in good terms so that you can have return customers. I am still waiting for my receipt that was said would be sent over phone. Go here only if you have no other choices.

Overcharges for any product just to make more money and never gives a proper bill. Worst way to treat customers. No respect, no manners, no point going into this store. PLEASE AVOID.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude owner and illiterate staff. Sells products at his own rates as he wishes, higher than the MRP. Not even one product lasted more than 1 day. Completely scammed by the store. Never ever stepping in again. Shambolic behavior and owner is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a LOT of party related items. Like number balloons, cake toppers, poppers, candles and other items.
However, it's quite pricy. When compared to other places nearby, it charges a premium of around 20-25% on every item. Some items have a higher rate of 50%. The only plus side is that, it's very well stocked and is very convenient for people living nearby.
