β β β β β Absolutely unethical and uncultured group of people. They change the price of the product once you choose and blame it on the staff for wrong tagging. Absolutely rude and rough owners. Their designers are 2 tailors and the owners have no clue of designs. Lack basic manners and the store smells of a Kerosene Depot.
It's just Esplanade material sold in a AC shop.
Not to mention the ONLY cash culture and Kacha billing done.

β β β β β The owner Gunjan will be the sweetest talkers while showing dresses and everything will go smoothly as long as there are no disagreements.
But God save you if there is any conflict, you will see the same sweet talker turning into the rudest person.
I bought a dress and gave for alterations, the first for dress trial itself was after 20 days of purchase. And while trying out the altered dress, we didn't like the fittings and gave it for re-alter clearly mentioning the date by which we needed the delivery as it was specifically purchased for a function.
No professionalism was shown and the product delivery was delayed further by a month in-spite of clearly mentioning and thus, I could not wear that dress I purchased.
Even after delay there were no calls from the shop, I had to call and follow up for my clothes as I had paid advance money for it.
Ruthless behavior by the owner Gunjan herself. Slangs and inappropriate words used when her mistake was pointed out to her.
If she'd have handled the situation calmly and with some civility, we'd have bought lakhs more sales with our referrals, but I guess she clearly doesn't need it and I'd better save my friends and relatives from this kinda sloppy behavioral shop. Β―\_(γ)_/Β―

β β β β β Absolutely unprofessional and rude owners. They lack basic etiquettes on how to talk and behave with customers. The owners said you can have a look at our clothes only if you buy. She said aap itna time lagayenge toh khareedna hi padega nahi toh mera time waste hoga. Tbh All their designs are outdated and use poor quality fabric. They dont alter their own product ones sold. They charge for everything. I asked for a tissue paper and she said i dont have, although i saw it on her desk. They are absolutely mad people. Avoid going.

β β β β β Gunjan is amazing! She picked out the most perfect dress for my friend's sangeet. Without her, we would have not found it. The altercations were also superb, nice fit.
