On if the sales person told me that he shows all the collections and don’t expect his customers to buy in that visit. He only expects that whenever you want to buy next, you should visit their store because of your experience..nice approach...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very EXPENSIVE store. Unreasonably OVERPRICED store. Very COSTLY as compared to other stores. Just because they charge Higher because they have a spacious store at a great location. They don't even have a good collection. If you are looking great product at a great price then you have to check out near store Vidhaatas selection. you will get far better products at half price.

First, nobody was interested in showing the outfits or helping with sizes, later, when I brought one, gave it for alterations and called them atleast 200 times out of which they received once, I asked them specifically to take out the altered outfit of the slip number I shared, and that I will collect in 10 mins I had a flight in sometime and was in a hurry. Despite of requesting them for the same and they agreeing for it, I was made to wait 10 minutes just to give that single piece of outfit! Start taking your customers seriously if you want sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They spoiled my wedding lehanga. So unprofessional never expected this from simaya. They delivered it on my wedding day. Delivery date was two weeks before the wedding and when I opened the box was so disappointed lehanga was oversized. I will never ever forget it. I wish I could go there and throw it on their face.

But the staffs are very selective towards attending the customers, depending upon their profile. They will not show you a single piece by themselves even if they have what you need, unless you are only a high-end buyer. Didn’t expect such behaviour after seeing a 4.4 rating on Google.
