★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Botanica on 26th November. At the site, we were assisted by Ms Rumpa Chakraborty who showed us the details of the project. She was thoroughly professional and quite impressive in her representation. I would like to buy a type-C bungalow in the project since my wife preferred it. Thanks to Srijan Realty Private Limited..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flat in November, but we had to cancel the booking. I have still not got the refund. Not to be trusted at all! They keep saying the refund will be made, its more than 3 months now and there has been no intimation from Srijan nor any refund.
Be careful if you are not sure about booking.
UPDATE: I can confirm that PS Ozone has deducted 51,000/- INR from the deposite and refunded the rest of the amount. PS Ozone had earlier said that they will deduct 10,000/-. They have actually deducted 51,000/-. Abolutely unprofessional and disgusting lies by PS Ozone. Stay away if not sure of taking a flat !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go my their name. Their standard has fallen down. If anyone want a proof then visit the project ETERNIS near Doltala, Madhyamgram. Sub-standard quality of work and no interest in resolving the issues faced by the residents on daily basis.
Not recommend for new buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Srijan care - you are copied in last 50 emails by me and fellow owners. So dont send reply to this review as if you care about customer satisfaction. You are fully aware of all issues so stop replying to this review and instead reply to the emails.
All - Beware of buying any Srijan project. I am an owner of Srijan Nirvana and I feel ashamed that I invested my money for this name SRIJAN, who does not have simple basic sense how to communicate and how to do customer care which indeed be a simple basic quality of any corporate members. The ethics and behavioral safety is worst here and not at all acceptable.
Do not trust a single word that Srijan’s sales team says and just be informed that their post sales team is a black box. Any emails, msgs, calls directed to them will never ever be answered. Only demandsm would be sent out along with huge penalties.
They will raise a demand but will send you one month later so that they can charge penalty and then compound it. A penalty of Rs 20000 will become Rs 2 lacs for no fault of yours.

I had booked one flat in your Eternia project by paying the application fee of Rs 50000/- since we were communicated from day one that the possession of the flat will be in around October, 2024. But later on when we visited your sales office in Eternia to discuss for loan purpose and further steps, I get to know that in agreement the possession time will be of December, 2025. Knowing this we decided to cancel the booking and notified your sales employee Monalisha Sil. But she instantly told us that "Sir, If you cancel this then no money will be refunded to you" hearing this we asked her that has she read the application form before speaking such nonsense. We have signed the application form by reading all the points of terms and conditions.
Later, when I showed her the terms and conditions of cancellation she asked me to mail her stating the reason of cancellation and then she will take it to the management team. It has been 3 days of mailing the reason for cancellation but, still I didn't heard anything from you guys. This shows how unprofessional you guys are. The mail has been sent to Santanu from NK realtors as well. I want reply on my mail mentioning when can I expect my money back. Also, I want the full refund as your employee Monalisha Sil misguided us by saying from day one that hand over of the flat will be in October, 2024 whereas in agreement it will be mentioned as December, 2025.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am owner of block-31,1H greenfield City,we have buy a newly falt & get possession on Feb"21 but we started living here from Dec"21.I really regret to buy a flat in this society as Helpdesk person(Mr.Sandeepan) always argue instead of talking calmly & giving solution we face him many time.He always take the things very casually because as per him no one from his family member live here so he doesn't care.Is this kind of service by Srijan Group.?
Big accident happened & my wife get a very close call from this incident.
I have launched a complaint few days back by calling in Help desk that washroom ceilings are getting damp/water logging,next day person came & he said nothing happen and they avoid the complaint.
Date 10th April my wife went to washroom as she came out,then default false ceiling given by builder of washroom fall down suddenly she was very close to it..Refer the pics & video for details.
STILL DATE NO IMPROVEMENT AND PROGRESS IN WORK.THEY LEAST BOTHER ABOUT SAFETY ISSUE..
Pending question from SRIJAN Group...
1) Let me know know is responsible for this incident & who will be responsible for this if happen again in future.??
2) Who will be responsible if anything happen to my family member because of your negligence and worst quality & poor engineering.??
2) Is this kind of maintenance you are serving for our safety.??
