I have had a very bad experience with this boutique. she's extremely rude, misbehaves and mistreats her clients. She's cheated me of 20,000 IRS. she's ruined 3 dresses that i have given fabric for worth 10-12,000 IRS and denied any alterations to any of the dresses. She's taken the sewing cost in advance. so, she's not returned any sewing cost or the fabric cost or any of the dresses. she's kept everything and said yea do what you want to do i'm not giving you anything back. how can you call an anarkali suit a frock suit in front of me. that was it and she kept on repeating that. WHICH CLEARLY SHOWED SHE ONLY WANTED TO CHEAT ME OF ALL THE MONEY AND SHE KNEW HER TAILED MESSED UP BIG TIME AND THE COMPENSATION WOULD BE EXPENSIVE FOR HER.
she's taken money from me for a dress of 10,000IRS which i had to wear for an occasion and told me to come and collect it but then sold it to someone else yet she told me to come and collect it and when i went she's just simply said choose something else. and, there was nothing else i liked in that boutique and she took no responsibility for being so careless. instead she's like choose something else or i'm not returning back a single rupee to you. WHICH SHE NEVER RETURNED A SINGLE RUPEE TO ME FOR IT.
I WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED FOR SUCH A BEHAVIOUR.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HER. ITS RED WARNING SIGNAL!
SHE'S ALSO INSULTED MY FRIEND A GREAT DEAL WHO ACTUALLY TOOK ME TO THIS BOUTIQUE. IN SPITE OF HER TELLING HER VERY NICELY AND KINDLY THAT WHAT WENT WRONG IN MAKING OF THESE DRESSES BUT SHE WOULDNT WANT TO LISTEN TO A WORD AND INSTEAD TELLING HER WHY DONT YOU ALTER THAN INSTEAD OF GIVING ME ADVISE.
PLEASE STAY AWAY PEOPLE.
I WOULD HAVE MADE A POLICE COMPLAINT BUT MY TIME IN CALCUTTA WAS LIMITED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends Andi went there and they had a very bad experience very rude behaviour by the owner herself not ready to admit their mistake. We were talking very politely but she was very rude. The fittings of the outfit made by them was pathetic but she is not ready to even acknowledge her fault leave alone rectifying it . We were shocked and appalled by this kind of behaviour. I wd never visit this store again and wd advise others also to not go there ever.
