★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been getting our spectacles made from this place for several years now, therefore we had trusted this man at the reception, named Atanu Das, who has a good conduct but he is extremely deceptive. While placing the order he will tell you a price and then when you ask for a receipt he will say that a message will be sent to you with the details but the message will not have all the information about the advance you have paid already. Later he will bill you with different prices after your spectacles are already made stating that it probably is your fault that you got confused. Please beware of this man. He absolutely cheated us and is fraudulent.

It has made me helpless to think that sometime we do visit in so many place but it doesn't gives that awesome feeling .but I must say behavior makes people mind striking..I must mention that had an wonderful experience in a short span of time with a nice gesture made by one of your staff .Mr atanu .. thanks a lot it will be remembered..

Also the staff behaviour and their helpful nature is a great plus point. They provide a great customer service. Overall it has been a wonderful experience for me.
