★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor Mr. Susrut Das and his receptionist (a black color man) behavior is very rude.? Too disgusting..
Today I visited to the clinic "BAlYASHREE" with my 3yr old child and we reached after 30 mins of our appointment time, then the receptionist talk with us very rudely and aggressively and we come back to our home without consulting.
So think twice before choosing Balyashree...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any person who doesn't know how to handle kids shouldn't be a paediatrician. The doctor, despite being so experienced, doesn't treat children or their parents nicely. Very rude. Compared to the doctor, his staff were better behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude to first time parents. Leaves scathing remarks, especially to first time mother's. Lacks empathy which is even more fundamental than a MBBS degree. Needs behavioural changes as he is a repeat offender. Within my circle hearing about his rudeness for the third time. Whether he is doing it intentionally or not, only he can answer, but he will never be able to justify himself crossing his professional line of providing consultation by being empathetic. Hence he qualifies as a bad doctor in my view due to his sole inability to handle things in a different way than his current method of being rude to new mothers which is not the ideal way.
