This is a best diagnostic center in bhubaneswar. All the staffs are doing very efficient practice and the cost is also reasonable. Must go Modern Health Care that is near by capital hospital, when you need any medical test.

Yes I want to give a review as a customer of Modern Health Care Nursinghome ( note: it's not about the diagnostic center ) , situated 1 km far from the main road . Any one who thinks to admit their known people in this Nursinghome kindly read this before you come . -> the cost of your treatment will be decided by the doctor . The admin staff are there just to write down the patient details . -> neither you will get a bill nor the break-in for which thing you are going to pay how much. ( If you will ask then the ans will be " if you want a proper bill the cost will go up to 6 to 7 k" -> NURSHING STAFF - Firstly most of them will irritate you by their behaviour and attitude . To give a injection you need to come to them several times. -> The behaviour was very rude to the patient and for the attendant also as they were doing any favour to them . -> I wont say the operation was bad . It was good but if possible you should do that at any other hospital .

Experience was very bad infact worst. This centre never live up to their commitment.Once test is done they tell they the patient/attendant will be called once the report is prepared..and out of curiosity when u call them the next day, they reply 'yes' the report has been prepared and u can collect the same..and when u visit the centre for collection, they will tell u one of the report (if u have multiple tests) is not prepared and they will again inform u once it's ready..and they also tell u that the person who had told the patient about the report over phone might not be aware whether all the reports are ready or not...guys in case if emergency if u won't get report immediately ,even if on the date commited by this types of centres, then imagine how worse can things happen..so guys think several times before conducting tests in these types of centres if u want to get the right treatment from hospitals..u have to wait until the patient s health worsen as u won't get the report in time

I wish i could give a negative rating to this place. One of the worst experience in my life. Specifically Dr. Niranjan Sahu is a worthless individual who should burn and throw this degree. 1. He arrives at his will without care for patients. 2. Doesn't accept anything but cash or PhonePe. Beyond that they don't have a decent network to make PhonePe payments successful. When asked for alternative they say - network is bad, we don't use card reading machines and later asked me to and bring cash from ATM. 3. We arrived at 6:40 and were #5 for the diagnosis. The radiologist (Dr.Niranjan Sahu) who was supposed to arrive at 7:00pm checks in at 7:40 pm. 4. He has a tea break in between patient check up. His staff are not even trained to create reports. So they create one and the. Wait for another 15-20 min where he types a word document which he is not able to align with margin for printing. An average patient takes 30-45 min. Our check up started at 9:10 pm and rather than doing the test mentioned by the doctor he has his own assumptions. He mentions one of the test is not required. Then reverts his decision to agree that ok since doctor has mentioned let's do it. 5. After diagnosis, he asks me what should i write quoting what would be the impact or decision taken by the doctor. 6. Then he also mentions that if u r lucky u will have a positive outcome else leave it upto your fate. On asking what is the diagnosis, he retaliated asking me to tell me what to write in the report. 7. Finally he said, whatever i told you and whatever you have heard.. just forget it. You don't have to tell the doc, that was for your information. His behaviour, his recklessness and his lack of knowledge, compassion for a patient is absolutely ridiculous. His staff has a log out time of 9:30 They specifically asked me to pay the amount while my wife was still undergoing diagnosis stating its getting late, staff needs to go and i need to pay asap. I requested them to wait until diagnosis is over and the reply was "it's going on, why should u not pay- we are getting late, pay and let us go. Doctor will stay here. We finally got the report at 10:23 pm It was an pathetic and disgusting experience. I would request patients and families to avoid this facility and the doctor. It's extremely disgusting.
