★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't show me my ultrasound in their screen and also never explained my babies current situation..when my mother something ask them about condition of baby doc behave like we asked them any thing else when I argued to show me then he showed my babies skull only...when I entered to their chamber nurse and also doc rudely asked why you came here again last month you did it then why you came...actually my problem happens in my prgncy that's why doc prefered ultrasound for confirm...when I told them then they did it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their ultrasound process is not satisfiable. Bad quality of service. The doctor struggled to find organs in my body. They didn't told me that we need to drink water before ultrasound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not giving proper bill for ultrasound. Only money receipt given without GSt. Dear customer ask for the same. U can understand the meaning of not giving the bill. In rate chat also there are not given for rate for ultrasound

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Smart Scan twice I find it very neat and clean Behavior of all the staffs are quite courteous Last but not the least Dr. Mohan who is a MD(Radiologist) is very much friendly He explains everything in details I get report within 10 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Before coming here be ready to wait for 3-4 hours. Not even giving bills for testing. Only time passing during service. Doctor spend most of his time with the sisters. Answering personal calls, which leads to delay in service. Machines not even working properly.
@Maa Shankti hospital, plz don't refer ur patients here. U will lose ur value on market.
