★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If below 1star is there I want to give means Nidan don't deserve 1star also..
My doctor prescribed for prolactin test and i did on 3rd April2022 report result came 200.00 means it's so high then I rush to doctor show my report my doctor also surprised how it's possible 200 means just close to brain tumor and i don't have the symptoms so again I did prolactin test in another center and it came in range bound really it's pathetic..
And about 1 more test also I want to say last yr 2021 December I did ultrasound and tvs test in that test i have Adenomyosis came in report based on that reports doctor gave hormonal medicine to me and doctor said to do thistest 1 more time after 3months then this April i did in same place nidan and this time nidam reports came and there doctors are also saying there is no adenomyosis may be earlier which reports you got that 1i s wrong means sooo so bad ThisNidan Diagnostic center Bhubaneswar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Staff are behaving like govt hospital. MRI reports coming very late. I have done MRI on 11th Jan 2021 and after 3days they have not ready the report. Not recommend to serious patients. Please don't come here for any emergency tests? I have waiting from last 2hrs after 3days . Still report not prepared. Lord Saibaba please help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Website displays button for online reports. But, it doesn't work. Though email address shared for Lab Reports with the Customer Service Desk, simple FBS, PPS, Hba1C & Lipid Profile , Reports t of samples taken in the Morning & PP at 12.45 PM, is yet to be received.
Management pls perk up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waist your valuable time&money also they staffs are after taking money , behavior like unprofessionally not allowing me with my patient it is my last visit to nidan if doctors prescribe again to go nidan I will change my doctor. They are taking 4 hours for a little ultrasound and it is nepotism diagnostic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I was very apprehensive to visit here after seeing so many negative comments and reviews ,BUT believe me staring from their behaviour,management and testing everything was spot on.They were very professional and it was a great experience visiting there. I went there for Xray an MRI scan of my mother.
I don't know why people are posting negative reviews (they might have had bad experience) but what I recieved from their end was extremely praiseworthy.
Regarding delays in providing reports ,no one will deliberately do that,they are just following the due procedure and it's obvious to have some delay if the number of patients are more. I visited there at 7:30am in a crowded Sunday so I got reports at 3pm which is absolutely fine cz the crowd was way too high.

Managing patients very unprofessional away. All staffs are saying one word " sit down " & wait for announcing your name after spending 4-5 hours.
Is this a private diagnostic or Govt ?? Why are you charging private diagnostic fees and treating like Govt. Why are you not allowing husband to ultrasound chamber during check-up. Very bad..
