★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to put 0 star, else i would have given 0 star to this pathetic / unhygenic so called diagnostic centre. Extremely bad service , arrogant staffs. I don't know why max bupa has selected such a terrible place for health check up of its customers.

They drew blood from my hand using bad low cost syringe and I’m still having pain in my hand after 10hrs. The reason I got from the guy pulling blood was syringe is not good and so patients are complaining pain during blood pull. They will change these syringe to different brand once the lot is over. My point is why not to return those syringes or throw those out. 1 syringe will hardly cost 3-4 rupees when you buy in lot.
They did ECG without shaving my chest hair and I’m still having pain in my chest skin after 10hrs. At least should have informed me to shave before going for test, when I scheduled the appointment.
By mistake they provided a wrong ECG report of another person to me at first, when I checked and pointed out, they performed ECG again & gave me correct report.
Unfortunately my experience was very painful.
Hope with bit more organised way & training you can better serve customers & do wonders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the place is not hygienic, no proper cleaning is done even staffs make it dirty by throwing wastes here and there. Some staffs are not wearing masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my annual health checkup in this center since it was the only option provided by my company in Bhubaneswar. Had I checked for it's review i won't have visit the place.
The worst service as you can ever imagine. There is no coordination among the staffs. And they do not have basic courtesy how to deal with patients.
Very poor groomed and I'll mannered staffs.
Technician were not available on time and the service that is being provided is not of genuine standard.
Hygiene wise found some staffs chewing tobacco within the premise. They didn't even had a full time cleaning staff . When a patient vomited in the corridor they only put a piece of cloth and did not care about cleaning it. Other visitors stepped on it and the place was meshed up.
Really had a very bad experience and will never visit any such center without knowing it's reviews. Didn't expect this standard from apollo chain center.

This center is not hygienic, washroom is not cleaned and few staff are chewing tobacco even they didn't wear mask and lastly one lady doing ECG is very rude and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For ECG, they asked me to drink plenty of water before test.There is no provision of normal drinking water, the water cooler only giving cold water. Very cogested place,not spacious.The cardiologist for consulation seems to be getting lot of calls in between, he disposed off my case in just one minute, I wonder if he really analyzed the diagonistic reports .
