I had never been to Banai auto but
I spoke to Balram ji on call and he assured me that cockroaches would be gone...and he was very sure about it.
I sent my car to him and within 2 days he gave my car back and to my surprises without any cockroaches..
Really nice work...highly appreciated...
I would be sending my car again for further needs to u for sure...

At times they may feel more expensive than smaller local garages but having no nagging issues with the car is eventually more value for money than constant tinkering with the vehicle which can be a huge setback for people in super busy Mumbai. I am always grateful to Banai for having been a constant support for any issue relating to my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after purchasing AMC coupon they make sure to make your first, third and fifth Free service a very high paid service by adding all the extra servicing, please be carefull before purchasing a AMC from banai worth rs 2000/- because they dont give value for AMC money at all. The overall service is not professional spoiling name of Maruti Authorised service centre.
Very high and unprofessional extra service charges are laid.
Also if you dont opt for internal cleaning worth Rs1200/- they will not clean your car internally and will give you as it is and this happens even after rrdemption of free cleaning coupon from your AMC broucher.
My personal recomendation is to do servicing from a professional authorised service centre other than Banai motors andheri Marol, because you will get value from money much more at other place.
Also please read below critical reviews some customers and much more annoyed.
